Hi,

Where can I set up the reviews for my direct bookings?
Is there any way we can ask all direct booking guest to make a review under beds24?

We have an integration with TripadvisorReview Expess which you can activate in SETTINGS > CHANNEL MANAGER > TRIPCONNECT

But you can use any service which allows you to collect reviews and add their review widget to your booking page. How you do this is explained here: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Respo ... iew_widget

If you do not use TripadvisorReview Express you can set up an Auto Action with a link to request reviews.

Yes. This applies for all connections or integrations. To use them you need an account with them.
