New property setup: better to add it manually with beds24 or create an airbnb account first

I am watching the introduction YouTube guide and am at the property set up stage. In the video it mentions the ease of importing the property from airbnb and as a newbie I am wondering if it's easiest to set up the property manually on beds or first set it up on airbnb and import.

Hello,
It’s easier to import the property from Airbnb; you keep the photos, amenities, and even the rates. I always do it this way, even with new properties that don’t yet have an Airbnb account — I start by creating the listing on Airbnb and then I import it.
