Cannot "log" to "Account Access"

Dear colleagues
First of all let me wish you a happy holiday season
I want to access to the link Settings/Account/Account Access

1)I am already connected to Beds 24
2) I want to access to the Settings/Account Access page :https://beds24.com/control3.php?pagetyp ... ntpassword
3) It request a password,
4) I enter my password
5) It says this is a wrong password

Any hint ?

Hi the support found and corrected the problem.
The issue was in my user account were the special caracter & was not supported
They changed my user name and now everything is ok

It has been working fine, but tonight no luck.
I tried the remember me now- still cannot log in
How do I get into my account again?
