Assistance Needed with Room Import and Mapping Process

I have recently imported my rooms from Booking.com into Beds24, but the room characteristics and details do not appear in the "Rooms" section as expected. I have only two rooms and am working with two OTAs: Booking.com and Hostelworld.

Could you please guide me on the next steps? Should I proceed with mapping the rooms manually since the import from Booking.com didn’t complete all the room details? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Booking.com do not send all Content when you import your properties from Booking.com.

You can check the details that are imported, all missing data you will need to update in Beds24. https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Booki ... ooking.com

If you plan to manage the content from Beds24 going forward, then you will need to ensure you update all data in Beds24, so any future content updates will be as you expect.

If you plan to only manage prices and inventory from Beds24, then you do not need to update all the data.

You can connect your Beds24 rooms to Booking.com without the updates of the content.

Once you complete the connection, then you can send an update for the Prices & Inventory in Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping.
