I have noticed when we go to print an Invoice that the various invoice entries re order them selves randomly on the print preview. Is there any way to prevent this? also it would be good if we had the option to re order invoice rows and insert new items between old ones.

Hmmm good point, We currently use our Beds24 calendar for all booking related notes but Google for everything else work related so maybe it would be best import in from Google as it has the higher functionality. thus making the beds24 diary function more of a view only option for front office staff....
