You can do this. Have a look at this tutorial: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php?title ... able_units. If you do not want to show the entire house on your own web site set "Sell Priority" = Hide in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS->SETUP.

You can exchange any fixed text on the booking page in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->DEVELOPERS "Custom Test". For instructions please use the context help (? icons) and click on HELP (top right menu) of this page.

You can disallow your guests to book multiple rooms in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->PAGE DESIGN. Allowing to book multiple rooms with a limit is not possible.

You have 2 options if you do not want to show all rooms on your booking page:

1. Go to SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS->SET UP and set "Sell Priority" = hide for the rooms you do not want to show.

We are in touch with Ctrip about a connection and will set it up as soon as Ctrip makes their API available to us. The other channels are currently not on our list of channels we are planning to add.
