You can use the 'Amount' then in the Description field set the calculation

Cancellation Fee|[AVBASEPRICE][*]0.25

This will then add an Invoice item with the Description - Cancellation Fee and the price = 25% of [AVBASEPRICE]

You have the option to create Custom Reports in Beds24 and then show them in your Beds24 Dashboard.

If you set the Minimum stay in your Daily Price setup/Rate and NOT in the calendar, then you can create a Gap Fill Rate, with Min stay = 1, Max stay = 6 and this will only be used if there is a gap between 2 bookings.
