Beds24 does not directly collect or refund any money from guests. If the guest paid
using paypal you should be able to cancel and refund his payment from within
paypal. If they paid by other means you will need to deal with that accordingly.

You decide how much you would like to pay at any time. Payments for less than 12 months incur a processing charge of $5. At the end of a booking the guest has the option to make another booking.
If they do this the system remembers their name etc. to save them filling this information in again.
Bookings for multiple rooms are each treated as separate bookings.
