Did you allow API Access on your account ? Please have a look under, Settings > Account > Link, you need to enable the API Access.

You can sort the "Custom Reports" by Booking Reference, but not to sort by both Booking Date and Booking Reference.

Hello Rico,
Yes this is possible, please go to Settings > Account > Billing, on the "Make A Payment" area you can choose "Bank Transfer" on the "Pay Using" drop down menu.

Hello When you click on "Show unavailable" the price check tool shows you the prices even when there is no availability or any restriction.
