Have you had a look at the Group Custom Table, you can select various columns to be added to the table, including Arrival/Departure date for each booking.

In Dependencies, for Virtual Room, select - Use Prices From and select the Real room, this will ensure that the price/minimum stay from the Real room is reflected in the Virtual room.
