Hello Antoine, In the Auto action you have to send the details to the Cleaner, set a Booking Info code, so you know that the Auto Action has been triggered. It will depend on the setting, you can choose what the period is after checkout to delete the bookings. Please check the setting and change to a suitable setting or NO if you do not want to delete the bookings.

Set the Extra Person Price as a negative value.

So in the Daily Price Setup, Max Guests = 2, Extra Person price = -50 (for example), then for 2 people set the price in the Calendar, = 120.

2 people booking = 120
1 person booking = 70

When using daily prices, then set Max Guests = 2 and add an extra person price.

Then in your control panel calendar, set the price for 2 people. Ensure you tick 'beds24.com' as this is your booking page and the value used by Google Vacation Rentals.

You will need to setup another auto action to collect the security deposit again, depending on your business rules, if the reservation is for 14 days and you 'mark' the security deposit on checkin date, then you will need to set the 2nd auto action with Checkin +7 days, to 'mark' it again.
