Re: Guest state

Yes, I have also created a custom question for County/State, but agree that it would be more logical if it was on the same page as the rest of the guest address details.

Re: Invoicing

Maybe I am misunderstanding how it works, but then I would have to do a manual calculation each time to change the original charge that is automatically generated to an amount less the 20% and then add the second line as the deposit.

Re: Invoicing

Yes.
We charge a 20% deposit on booking with the balance due on departure.
Our accountant requires us to issue an invoice for the deposit at the time that we receive it, so we always have at least 2 invoices for every booking.

I'm interested in the new invoicing feature.
Would it be possible to also allow the option to assign payments to a separate invoicee?

Re: Simplifying Rates

Hi Menachem Thanks fro your suggestions. I have implemented the 2/3 person rate as per your suggestion and it works great. I still need more than 4 rates as I set: Spring Low Season (6 Jan-31 March) Spring Mid Season (1 April-31 May) High Season 1 June-31 December) Autumn Mid Season (1 October-31 Oc...

Re: Simplifying Rates

OK, thanks.
I need to study this some more.

Have you ever thought of offering a premium support service that you could charge on an hourly basis to help people with particular aspects of setting up beds24?

Re: Simplifying Rates

How do I set up more than 1 daily price and how do I set them up for different occupancies or channels?
The settings in the calendar offer only 1 daily price with no options.

Re: Simplifying Rates

Thanks for the replies. What about making the complete set of rates you need for one room, and then linking them to the other rooms with any price offset as required? I already do that for 4 rooms. Also you could use the "Multiplier" in the CALENDAR to make your seasonal adjustments. Minimum Stays c...
