I automaticly send Check-In Instructions (RoomNumber and Acces Code) to my guest 24 hours prior to Check-In. i checked again. Yes you are right the third auto action is not neccesary.

Thanks. Seems to work. But you actually need three AutoActions.The Third one is neccesary to add the InfoCode to Lastminute Bookings. Auto-Action-Email if cancellation occurs to upcoming bookings

Hi,
I would like to notify my cleaning lady if a canncelation occurs and the check-in Date is within 3 days.
Canncelations that occur to bookings with check-in dates in the far future should not trigger an email.

Is that possible ?

I use the OTA to take care of the payment proceses. Unfortunatly Expedia does only charge the Rate and not the Cleaning fee so this means extra work and sometimes causes confusion for the guest, as they think everything is already paid for. Hi,
I set up three different languages in my Beds24 account.

When I try to send out invoices the text in the mail is adjusted to the language of the recipient, but the attached PDF is always in german. Why?

wird es auch bald eine Integration von HRS Holidays geben?

Ich möchte eine Ferienwohnung über HRS vermieten und habe folgende Mitteilung von denen erhalten:
Beds24.de hat keine Schnittstelle zum System im-web (für Ferienunterkünfte/HRS Holidays), sondern nur zum Hotelportal hrs.de.
