The token is in the link which you copy into your google calendar. The link for each is provided in SETTINGS-> CHANNEL MANAGER -> ICAL EXPORT.

We have changed the iCal export to use a token system as security barrier. You can now add information from the booking via template variables. Hope this solves the problem.

Have you checked if gites.nl used iCal? If so you can use the iCal sync.

We found a way give you the option to add personal information like name to the iCal Feed. The "Help" in SETTINGS-> CHANNEL MANAGER -> iCAL Export explains how to set it up.

The control panel is optimised for tablet use. If you set the calendar to display one or two weeks it works fine on most devices. The layout is responsive so it is usable on smarthpones. If you set a multiple choice question with only the option "Yes" and "compulsory" the guest will not be able to complete the booking without acception your terms and conditions.
