Thank you for your help. I have now set that up, but I'm struggling with if one offer is booked it still allows the other offer to be booked in addition, but as they are the same room need if one offer is booked then the other becomes unavailable.

I want to remove the requirement to provide cc details and have set PROPERTIES;BOOKING RULES;NORMAL BOOKINGS & NEAR TERM BOOKINGS to AUTO CONFIRMNO DEPOSIT but on the booking screen, cc details with asterix still appears.....hope someone can help
