I’ve created something similar using Beds24 Webhooks, Make and Telegram. Our security guards receive periodic reports with information about daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, in-house guests, and other relevant data.

Is it displayed in red? It’s possible that you have the setting enabled to show cancelled reservations.
