Another issue is that cancellations aren't imported. So you have to keep an eye out for any reservations that have been cancelled on booking.com but not on beds24.

The custom reports have an option to export in CSV, but it is not working.
PDF and EXCEL are working fine, but the button to export in CSV is not working (i use chrome).

If anyone uses "rate plans," I found a solution. Log in to Airbnb, go to the calendar, then to manage rate plans, and there you can modify the cancellation policy. I think because you are using "credit card" and not "stripe" to store credit card details.
If you charge 1 euro, you can charge the credit card later, but beds24 has not a link to save credit card details in stripe. You just need to charge 1 euro.

Since yesterday afternoon, we've been experiencing much slower beds24 page loading than usual, causing problems with pay links, for example, and with booking engine.
in fact, the booking engine shows now a message "service unavailable, please try again later".
