Re: PENDING auto action status too long
Yes I agree with the above. It's really frustrating. It can take 7 hours or so sometimes.

Re: Online Check-In Link
I did eventually receive a response from Chekin that the UK requirements are probably coming in the third quarter.

Re: Online Check-In Link
Unfortunately none of these are suitable for the UK. Chekin seems to require a guest's date of birth which is not required in the UK and they don't reply to questions with their reviews on TrustPilot confirming this.

Re: option to disable new recaptcha ?
Trying to log-in today on an iPad the login hangs on the google reCatpcha - no images displayed at all just a rotating circle - so I cannot log-on. I can't complete the 2 stage authorisation because I cannot submit the log-in without filling in a reCaptcha that is unresponsive. I'm sure the banks do...

Pricelabs changeover days
I've been using rating and thinking of using Pricelabs to set the prices. Our cleaners do not work at weekends so I cannot have guests arriving and leaving on the same weekend. With rates, I can specify check-in, check-out days which gets round the problem (almost!). Is there any way of achieving th...

Re: Fully automated contactless access with Nuki and Beds24
I have just heard back from Nuki Support and for those that use or are thinking of using Nuki locks this is their reply and needless to say I won't be buying Nuki locks :- Sam (Nuki) Sep 26, 2022, 18:06 GMT+2 As the Beds24 integration also uses the Short Rental API, you will need to use the Nuki sma...

Re: Fully automated contactless access with Nuki and Beds24
I notice that Nuki have announced that they are having a monthly charge from October for partner integrations but Beds24 is not mentioned in the list of partners. I'm think of purchasing Nuki locks but paying €5,75 a month for each lock just for updating a few door codes would be silly. Is this mont...

Airbnb messaging - emojis
I asked a guest via Airbnb messaging if they wanted fresh linen and saw the reply in Beds 24 as "We're OK ????". I thought something was wrong and that maybe they were questioning something, but then looked at the message in Airbnb and it was "We are OK :) " which has a totally different meaning. So...

Re: VRBO API terms and conditions
Obviously VRBO already has details of guest who enquired by VRBO so there are no GDPR implications with regard to this. My question was the bookings who were not referred by VRBO. It appears from their terms and conditions that they have means of determining whether guests who enquire by VRBO subseq...
