Ah yes I can see how that could work in the absence of something more sophisticated. I'll go with that if nothing else is revealed!

Could we not have a historical log that shows what emails were sent when? The current provision only allows for the last time an email was sent to be visible. With some of our guests we have to send the same communication many times for them to finally respond and it would be useful to be able to se...

Emailing Guests - one off emails

Whilst we can automate an email using a variety of useful criteria :) , I cannot find the means to email a guest specifically with a bespoke message. Surely this could be an easy fix from the Email button on the Mails&Actions tab.

Hi Many thanks for responding

We do it across all channels hence the reason for doing it in Beds24 - however we need a working solution for bookingcom not a theoretical one!

I'll do a bespoke one on bookingcom - thanks for the suggestion

Have been going round and round in circles with Beds24 support, so trying another way to find the solution. I cant be the first person to have needed to set this up? We have standard rates for all days and each room. We have WeekDay rates for each room (which will override the standard rates for tho...
