Whilst we can automate an email using a variety of useful criteria , I cannot find the means to email a guest specifically with a bespoke message. Surely this could be an easy fix from the Email button on the Mails&Actions tab.

We do it across all channels hence the reason for doing it in Beds24 - however we need a working solution for bookingcom not a theoretical one!
