surely if this was the case I would have no bookings showing.

I have not deleted any bookings, it's months of data that is missing! how could I have done this without any warning? is there no back up?

all my information from March 2018 to August 2019 is missing. I am not aware of deleting this information is it stored somewhere as a backup?
How long is it kept before being deleted I would have thought longer than 3 years

I wanted data from March 2018 to March 2020
I joined in March 2018
Is it only kept for a certain length of time?
If so how long for?
