Email sent to the proxy email address go to the guests mail box linked to that email account. The messages don't go to the message thread within AirBnB. A workaround is to set an auto response in Airbnb to inform guests that they will receive booking information via email.

In order to prevent chargebacks from credit card payments, a check box is required to confirm that guests accept the terms and conditions of the booking. Second that. Would be a really useful feature. Integration with more popular accounting packages like Xero and Sage would be very useful as well. Currently having to create a corresponding invoice for every booking in Xero.

The current method of blocking calendar dates is very tedious.

Could you please add a feature where you can drag along the calendar to select dates. If blocking dates can then be done with just a check box that would be fantastic.

How do I do that?

I have the weekly and monthly discount set. How do I create the 14 night discount for AirBnB? I am unable to do it within AirBnB as I am connected to Beds24. I cannot see an option to create a 14 night discount in Beds24 which can be used in AirBnB.

AirBnB Discounts

I am connected to AirBnB via XML. I have set the weekly and monthly discounts. I wish to also add a 14 night discount. I was able to set this manually in AirBnb prior to connecting to Beds24 but it doesn't seem possible now as all settings are greyed out in Airbnb.

Is there a way round this?
