And the emails keep coming in wrong.
So the problem narrows down to either the Beds24 account of the owner or to another setting in his outgoing email/gmail that we are missing now.

Hi, When we send a gmail just with plain bold text in it (I already removed all html), we get encrypted emails and codes in the emails to our guests. Even the subject is gone. I tested it from a different email server and then it goes well but we made this emailaddress specially for this apartment. ...
