Agoda hat an issue were BookingHint Services stopped sending out bookinghint requests to channel manager partners.

You may experience missing bookings during the outage period and delays with booking delivery up to 3 hours.

The login code is sent to the admin Email address which you can change in SETTINGS > ACCOUNT > ACCESS.

You can also set up Auto Acton Templates for manual sending. If yu is set them to "Manual" at the top you will have them as templates in the Mail & Actions tab but they will only send if you trigger them.
