Why do you want to limit the availability for direct online bookings?

The channel manager will keep your inventory up to date across all sales channels so you do not need to worry about overbooking.

Are you auto deleting bookings? Please check your setting for "Delete Bookings after Checkout" in SETTINGS > ACCOUNT > PRIVACY.

If you delete a booking it is deleted permanently form the system and can not be retrieved.

Bookings stay in the system unless you have deleted them. Please check that the bookings you miss are still in Beds24 and that they are within the selection you have made.
