To add to Soren - generelly we recommend the use of daily prices as they are more flexible. Many integration partners support only daily prices.

You can record expenses in Beds24 by setting up a property "Expenses" with one room in (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES -> ROOMS. Add each expense as a booking with a negative value.
