When you receive an error message from the channel, you should copy the error message and check the HELP page for the channel.

Hi, you can use Auto actions to send pre-defined messages to your guests.
Go to Settings > Guest Management > Auto actions and you can create predefined messages, you can set the trigger details in the Trigger tab and the message in the Messaging tab.

We have an API that you can use please go to Settings > Apps & Integrations > API POS, if SquareUp are prepared to use the API details. With Upsell items, you need to set the details, so you will need 2 Upsell items, 1 each for the type of the wine.

The Quantity selector is shown when you have activated 'Multiple room booking' in Settings > Booking Engine > Property Booking Page. If you set this = Disable or Guest can choose, then the guest can/will see the Book Button.
