Beds24 works to optimise your booking potential, when using Room types, the inventory is grouped and on occasion for the duration of a booking the availability may not be in the same unit/room. This is due to using Room Types (quantity > 1), you will need to manually shuffle the bookings in the room...

Go to Settings > Preferences > Lock Room Unit on Check-in and set = YES. Then when you use the Booking Info Code CHECKIN in a booking, this will LOCK the booking in the Room/Unit. It is possible to add Invoice Payment Status Values that you can use when entering payments. Can you raise a support ticket, so we can check your setup with the connection to Booking.com.

Can you include a booking id so we can check the logs for the data sent from Booking.com and advise on the options.

We do not have an option to limit the inventory for the Beds24 booking page, however you can setup Virtual rooms and dependencies and update the inventory using the instructions in this wiki page https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Auto_Top_up_rooms

It will depend on the setting, you can choose what the period is after checkout to delete the bookings. Please check the setting and change to a suitable setting or NO if you do not want to delete the bookings.

Set the Extra Person Price as a negative value.

So in the Daily Price Setup, Max Guests = 2, Extra Person price = -50 (for example), then for 2 people set the price in the Calendar, = 120.

2 people booking = 120
1 person booking = 70
