You can create a LINKED daily price, and the Offset can be for a fixed amount or a percentage. Set the daily price - Price for = 3 people, leave the extra person field empty. You need to create and use an Application Password for the Gmail account because if you try to use your normal Gmail password Google might block the emails from sending and treat them as spam. When you receive an error message from the channel, you should copy the error message and check the HELP page for the channel.

Hi, you can use Auto actions to send pre-defined messages to your guests.
Go to Settings > Guest Management > Auto actions and you can create predefined messages, you can set the trigger details in the Trigger tab and the message in the Messaging tab.
