Yes, we confirmed the issue was resolved on 2026-06-03 and the bookings have been imported.

Booking.com is working on the bug on their side, we are waiting on an update as to when they will have a fix ready and applied. The issue is dependent on the browser you are using, the technical team are aware of the issue and working to find a fix.

If you receive notifications of new bookings/cancellations or modifications that are not received in Beds24. Then please raise a Support ticket with the reservation id and Booking.com Hotel id and we will attempt to pull the details in to Beds24.

If Pricelabs sends an update to Beds24, then this is applied to your calendar as soon as it is sent.
