The problem is that this discount is depending not on the check in date, but on the booking date.
It is valid for any check in date under the condition the booking is made between 01.11.2016 and 30.11.2016.

How can I set a discount depending on the time the booking is made ( -20% for bookings made in the period 01.11.2016 – 30.11.2016)?
