I do this by creating a voucher code I give to the recurrent guests - usually a % discount on the room only price when booking on our website. The discount is calculated before the checkout and that works well for us

with Rentals United now having a 2 way connection with airbnb and still having the integration with HomeAway, both supported with ical only in beds24, is there any re-evaluation on the decision made not to connect with them?
