Hello there - For some reason, whenever we go to enter a new booking, the default departure date is 2 days later, not just 1 day later, so for 1-night stays (of which we have quite a few), we have to amend the departure date. We too are considering listing with Hotel Bonanza, and wondered if anyone has a feel for how they are performing?
Like many, I would like to get out of being tied into other OTAs but, at the moment, they still seem to be doing a good job of generating business.

Cannot access a booking
I have one booking on the system which I cannot access at all. I continually get a page of script, but can do nothing else.
I have no idea why,nor how to fix it.

Thanks, but you haven't actually answered my question. I would like a function that automatically updates the information in all current bookings for the same guest - even when you link bookings, this doesn't happen - as well as being able to use this information for future bookings. Is there any way I can set up this system so that, if I add guest information, it will update across all the bookings? I find it frustrating that, even when I go into a guest data record and add information, this does not automatically show up on their bookings - or am I being completely dense about...

You can adjust the price when you click on the "Recaltulate Price and Charges" button in the "Charges and Payments" tab of the booking. I was just surprised that it happen automatically. Also when you 'recalculate' you then lose any extras you have entered, so they have to be put in again, which is...
