Confirmation Message for Channel Bookings

Hi there,

I've noticed that the Booking Confirmation Email Message does not send for Channel (Expedia, Booking.com, etc) bookings.

Is there a way to make this happen? Or do I need to set up a separate automated action?

Other family members. We like to remember names of spouse, children, etc.

Also, State (address) doesn't seem to be a standard field. I've added it as an option field.

Hi Annette, If I understand correctly though there is no way to tie those custom questions to the Guest record correct? I.e. if one of my guests enters "Microsoft" in the company field of a booking, the next time they stay the Company field will need to be populated again? It would be beneficial for...

Hi Annette,

I have already set my property to be $AU (see attached)

But the billing currency still shows EU (see attached)

As per your website

"Our prices are quoted in Euros. Payment can be made in any of USD AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP or NZD."

How do I switch my billing over to $AU?

Hi there,

Is there any way to add custom fields attached to the guest details?

As part of our business intelligence, we like to track Date of Birth/Age. This would also be a better location to add Company Name, which would pull through to future bookings repeat guests.

Currency for automated account payments

Hi there,

As per your website, we can pay using a range of currencies.

I have set up automated payments to avoid the need to manually refresh.

At the moment, the Currency setting for our account is set to EUR. How do I change it to $AU?
