I can confirm similar obervations. I try to compensate with at least 6 hours difference. I guess I got it now. What I didn't realize at the beginning was that I do this twice in a row, like entering the first hotel ID, activating everything and mapping etc. saving. And afterwards, I change the hotel ID to the second unit and do the same. At least now everything shows an active connection.

I can confirm Chekin creates and sends an API key upon request. I just received mine and could initialize the House IDs for both of my apartments. Since Chekin is connected with AVS, the workflow

Beds24 > Chekin > AVS

seems to be working.
