Fixed Price rate code
Hi! One of our partners is using fixed prices, in order to differentiate the price they show on their website vs the price that we display on ours, we asked them to create a different fixed prices rate. However, another issue arose: the fixed prices we got from https://api.beds24.com/json/getRates r...

Daily Price Rates
Hi! I'm using both daily prices and fixed prices for our partners. I have several questions related to daily prices. 1. our partner needs a different rate (to add tax and markup), in which I suggest them to add a new daily prices rules: https://beds24.com/control3.php?pagetype=roomsdailyprice is thi...

Re: Fixed Price
Thanks for the answer! However, since our partner decided to use fixed price, we had to use https://api.beds24.com/json/getRates endpoint. Another question: Is there an endpoint to get the calendar of fixed prices? Or is there a way to get the unavailabilities? Because when the date is blocked, the ...

Fixed Price
Hi!
I'm unable to get fixed price by using API v1 (json/getRoomDates) or v2 (/inventory/rooms/calendar)
However, the daily price is showing just fine in the API.
Are there some configurations needed? or is it that we cannot get the fixed price.

Difference between JSON_HotelAvail and getRoomDates
Hello! I found that the getRoomDates endpoint is similar to JSON_HotelAvail, should I use getRoomDates endpoint? when I posted the json data using getRoomDates endpoint, it returned the correct data, but JSON_HotelAvail endpoint is just returning empty array. I use the same data for both { "authenti...

Re: Implementation plan for setting up as a generic OTA
Hi, Thank you for your advice. In that case, we will implement https://beds24.com/api/v2/#/Bookings/get_bookings endpoint and specify the channel, to get the bookings for just one OTA at a time. V2 Feature upgrade: the scope of each OTA should be limited to the bookings that are created by a specifi...

Re: Implementation plan for setting up as a generic OTA
Hi Sorsenjensen, How would you advise for us to move forward from here? Now that we've already integrated with V2? 1. Would there be any upcoming upgrades on V2 to limiting access to bookings to only those that are created by 1 OTA? 2. Should we re-build our connection with V1? Would you have any su...

Re: Implementation plan for setting up as a generic OTA
Hi, Oh dear. We have already done a lot of work on the OTA v2 API. What is the difference between the 2? The Beds24 team pointed us to V2 to set up as a generic OTA. " Your customers can connect to your channel via the generic OTA channel. We have a new API (API V2) which you can activate under SETT...

Implementation plan for setting up as a generic OTA
Hi,
Would you kindly advise on the implementation plan for setting ourselves up as a generic OTA?
Should we use this https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/API_V2.0 or should we use this https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/OTA?
Thanks and regards,
Ruoling

Re: Connecting to properties as an OTA
Hi, Our partners are of the opinion that the invite code is only for property managers to access the Beds24 API v2. What do you think about it? Does giving the generic OTA (that's us) the rights to edit the bookings, will we be able to view and write all booking information of the Property, includin...
