Same email to all customers

Hi, I'm wanting to send the same email to all my customers in one go. Only changes would be the name it is addressed to which with be in [ ]. Is there a way to do this without going forward to each individual guest and getting their email address. Kind regards
Hello,
You can setup a Auto Action to send this emails for you, you do need to set "specific" settings on your auto action.
Do you want to send it to all your guests ( Checked out, checked in, still to check in ? )
Do you want to send it to guests that cancelled the booking ?
Are there any specific guests that you do not want the email to send ?

i'm wanting to send it to all rabbit owner guests, but not guineapig guest owners! i need to send it to all past present and future booking guests.

You can use the "Flag" function or a "Status Code" and trigger the Auto Action only if either the flag or the "Status Code" is set in a booking.
